C² Performance Automotive provides advanced innovative solutions

/01My car is running rough. Do I need a tune-up?

Tune-up needs vary from one vehicle to another. In order to properly determine an automotive problem, bring your vehicle in for a diagnostic test. Depending on the type of issues you’re experiencing, different diagnostic tests will be performed, starting at $50. Once the problem is diagnosed, our automotive professionals will be able to determine the most effective way to fix the issue, and we’ll also warranty our work when completed.

/02Why does my car need maintenance?

In order to extend the life of your car and keep it healthy, you’ll need to have regular maintenance work performed. In fact, by getting your car routinely checked, our professionals are often able to catch problems before they get out of hand and lead to bigger problems.

/03How often do I need maintenance work done?

The standard for car maintenance depends on the type of vehicle. For a synthetic blend oil change (what many understand to be a “regular” oil change), an oil and filter change is required every 3,000 miles or three months, whichever comes first. A synthetic oil change is needed every 7,000 miles or six months, whichever comes first. Be sure to check your manufacturer’s recommendations, however, because operating conditions and requirements vary from car to car.

/04How often should I have my brakes checked?

Like oil changes and many other car parts, brakes should be checked every six months. And when you bring your car in for maintenance at C Squared Performance Automotive, we’ll go ahead and rotate and balance your tires, as well.

/05What will happen if I don’t have the repairs done right now?

One problem often leads to another problem. It is always best to bring your vehicle in immediately, especially when issues arise.

/06What should I do when my check engine lights come on?

Check engine lights can mean different things. By bringing your car in to C Squared Performance Automotive, our professionals can use their expertise to determine the specific cause(s) of the issue.

/07Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are welcome.

/08What form of payment do you take?

We take most forms of payment, including all major credit cards, cash, and many digital payment methods. However, checks are not accepted.

/09What is the primary cause of tire damage?

Although there are many things that can cause tire damage, improper inflation is the main problem we see. Always keep a tire pressure gauge in your vehicle and frequently check the pressure of all tires.

/10How often should I rotate my tires?

Your tires should be rotated every other oil change, or every 6000 miles. Neglecting to rotate tires is a major cause of premature tire wear.
